VOLUNTEER WITH US!

This team will assist in helping get the word out about the event in all news, media outlets, inviting TV personalities, and other VIP‘s to the event. Setting up and coordinating a press room for interviews throughout the day.  

This team will specifically minister to parents who have lost children. You will be on site at the event by the wall of honor and will touch base with all parents who register their children to he honored. 

This team will be present at the event and help with trash throughout the event in making sure the trash cans are empty and taken to the dumpster regularly. Your time to shine and serve is after the event in making sure we leave the grounds better than we found them!

This is the largest team we will need for this event! We need about 1000 counselors! You will be trained on counseling for decision time after the evangelist gives the decision time. You will have a package and lead those who want to be saved and follow Jesus through the steps and pray with them.

This team will be responsible for the needs of entertainment that will be performing at the event on the main stage. This may include helping load or unload equipment, running for water, escorting artist to the green room area etc. They will help facilitate meet and greets.

This team will be responsible for serving the staff and volunteers for the event. This will also include contacting local food trucks and securing them for this event. 

This team will be responsible for helping convey the vision to corporations, businesses and churches for support in raising the funds for this event. 

This team will be responsible for assisting the games and attractions during the day of the event. This will include helping share the gospel in the kids zone area every hour on the hour. 

This team is responsible for securing the giveaway items at the event. This will include gift cards, scholarships and even a car! They will invite attendees sign up for all of the prizes at the registration table upon entering the event.:

This team will help set up for the event by unloading trucks and assisting ministry teams in set up. You will also be responsible for helping tear down and load out after the event is over. This may include the set up and taking down of a large tent. This team also may assist music artist with loading in and out.

The team will be doing all kinds of evangelism leading up to the event. This includes personal invites, handing out merch and helping spread the word to local communities about the event. The week of the event this will include street evangelism with our ministry partners at local schools, colleges and other popular hangouts.

This team is responsible for helping park cars for the event. as well as help direct traffic after the event is over. This is a very important team as YOU are the first impression people see for the event!
